Support Case Submission

There are multiple methods to communicate a service request and automatically create a case in Salesforce for ApexConnect staff to address:

  • Email your service request to support@apexconnect.io. This will automatically create a case in Salesforce and will track all communications regarding your service request. You will receive an email response from our Salesforce system.
  • On the https://www.apexconnect.io/ website in the upper right hand corner and bottom of each page, there is a Support Case Submission option form that will automatically create a case in Salesforce for case management and track all communications regarding your service request. You will receive an email response from our Salesforce system.
  • On the ApexConnect Platform Portal, there is a Support Case Submission option form that will automatically create a case in Salesforce for case management to track all communications regarding your service request. You will receive an email response from our Salesforce system.

For reference, please review your Spam/Junk folder for responses from the ApexConnect Salesforce automation system as we have seen responses from Salesforce delivered there.
